MARK KERN
PRESIDENT & CEO
Mark has nearly three decades of experience in brand development, strategic marketing, advertising, and media planning. Specialties include multi-media marketing campaign development and media placement. Mark's experience in the corporate world, real estate development, and property management has provided him strong insight into all industries. Beyond work, Mark has coached several softball, baseball, and basketball teams. He values faith, family, and friendship.
MEGAN DAMBRO
OFFICE MANAGER
Megan has been a small business bookkeeper and office manager for over 10 years. She ensures that our billing and recordkeeping are accurate and up-to-date and keeps the office operating smoothly. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting with her son, playing Yahtzee with her husband, vacationing with her neighbors, and cheering on the Jayhawks and Chiefs.
ANDREW ELY
Andrew is a college student who studies Visual Communication Design at Kansas State University, as well as minoring in Creative Writing. He has always been very passionate and driven about creative work, and lives for design. New to the field of marketing, Andrew is working on whatever projects he can to further his experience in it and improve his design skills. Outside of work, Andrew is passionate about football, baseball, and plays Dungeons & Dragons.
Carley
ONLINE CONTENT SPECIALIST
Carley is a fresh graduate from Fort Hays State University with a degree in Communication Studies, emphasis in Public Relations and Advertising, and a minor in Leadership. Carley is a grammar nerd who loves writing, editing, and creative design. In true PR fashion, she is eager to build mutually-beneficial relationships with our clients and the KMG team. In her free time, Carley enjoys music blogging, exploring, running, cooking, history and fashion.
MATTHEW UNREIN
MARKETING SPECIALIST/DRONE PHOTOGRAPHY
Matthew is a graduate from the University of Kansas with a Major is Strategic Communication and a minor is Graphic Design. He wears many hats and takes on any task that needs to be done. While new to the world of marketing, he is learning fast and is developing new skills every day to aid the team. Outside of work, Matthew operates a small painting commission service and loves to go exploring.
LILLIAN DERBY
SOCIAL MEDIA & DESIGN INTERN
Lillian is currently a student at the University of Kansas majoring in Visual Communications. She loves graphic design and is very meticulous with her work. Being new to the marketing field, she is eager to learn new skills by getting real-world design experience working with our clients and team. Outside of work, she enjoys drinking matcha/chai, listening to music, and cuddling with her cats.
JACLYN IDEN
PROJECT MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT
Jaclyn assists with monthly market reports, social media, billing, and project coordination. She loves dogs, traveling, tacos, and happy hours. Jacklyn is also a Realtor with Keller Williams Integrity and property manager for Kern Management.
FRED
SECURITY GUARD
Fred is built with dog hardware but uses cat software. Fred has traveled all the way from the UK to work at KMG. His job is to greet vistors and guard the office. He takes his job very seriously, and he hears everything.
